We work closely with our PFS agents garnering their input, analyzing their needs and responding to the rapidly changing agency landscape - evolving our program so that it remains a true differentiator and excites our agents.

LOSS SENSITIVE PROFIT SHARING

Eligibility for payment is based on prior 3-year Accident Year Combined Ratio of 95% or less on entire book.

Calculation based on 3% of agency’s loss sensitive written premium. (large deductible and retrospective policies)

GROWTH BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

Diamond, Platinum & Premier agencies that achieve at least $1 of Profit Sharing profit AND achieve significant premium growth are eligible for payment:

Achieve premium growth target with a minimum of $2M in total premium growth.

Calculation based on 25% of agency's Profit Based or Minimum Guarantee Based payout. (increase payout by 25%)

Agencies on an Incentive Agreement are not eligible for the Growth Bonus.

INCENTIVE AGREEMENTS

Targeted agencies at any level may be offered an Incentive Agreement to accelerate profitable growth.
